Account & Registration

Creating a DDDPH account is straightforward and completely free. Visit our Register page, fill in your full name, email address or Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and create a secure password. Once submitted, you'll receive an OTP on your registered mobile number to verify your identity. After verification, your account is active and ready to use. The entire process usually takes under three minutes.

All players must be at least 21 years old to register and use DDDPH. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and our operating license. We verify age at registration and may request a valid government-issued ID at any time. Accounts belonging to underage players will be permanently closed.

No. DDDPH enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds. If you accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support at support@dddph.best immediately.

After registering, you may be asked to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal. Submit a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID. Log in to your DDDPH account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, mobile number, and preferred currency. Note that changes to your registered name or date of birth require identity verification and must be requested through our support team. Deposits

DDDPH supports all major Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO / BPI / UnionBank online banking, and Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards. All amounts are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). We regularly add new payment options — check the Cashier section of your account for the latest available methods.

The minimum deposit at DDDPH is ₱100. This applies to GCash, Maya, and most other supported payment channels. Some bank transfer methods may have a slightly higher minimum due to bank-side requirements. Deposits have no platform-side fees — any fees charged are from the payment provider, not DDDPH.

GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited to your DDDPH account almost instantly — usually within a few seconds. InstaPay and bank transfers may take between a few minutes to a maximum of 2 hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate right away.

Yes. DDDPH supports player-set deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming tools. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Responsible Gaming section of your Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately. Any request to increase a limit has a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it activates. This tool is there to help you play within your means.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Cashier section, then select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal at DDDPH is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level — standard verified accounts can withdraw up to ₱500,000 per day. If you need to withdraw a higher amount, contact our support team at support@dddph.best to arrange it. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Withdrawals may be pending if your KYC verification is incomplete, if you have an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, or if the amount triggers a manual review for security purposes. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without explanation, please contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number and we'll resolve it immediately.

DDDPH does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side. However, your chosen payment provider — GCash, Maya, your bank — may charge their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your provider for their current fee schedule. To minimise fees, GCash and Maya are generally the most cost-effective withdrawal options for Filipino players.

Our team can freeze your account while we investigate. Never share your password with anyone — DDDPH staff will never ask for it. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

Log in and go to Account Settings, then select Security. Toggle on "Two-Factor Authentication" and link your registered Philippine mobile number. From then on, every login will require both your password and a one-time PIN sent via SMS. We strongly recommend all players enable 2FA — it's one of the most effective ways to secure your DDDPH account.
Responsible Gaming
